Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping is always free in our store. International shipping takes 10-20 days to deliver worldwide. Please note that shipping times can slightly varry for different countires.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. panda-mousepads.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Orders containing multiple items might be shipped separately.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 90 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address returns on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In case you didn't receive your order, we have a 90 day refund policy for "item not received" cases. After 90 days passed without receiving your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will refund your money, no questions asked.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, or instructions on how and where to send your package. Items received in a damaged condition qualifies for a free return. In other cases the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
